Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Record customer details, issues, and resolutions in MS Office tools
Maintain call logs, data entries, and daily reports using MS Excel
Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with quality standards
Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution when required
Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be fluent in
Hindi and Punjabi
(local language proficiency is mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, PowerPoint) and
MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently
Minimum 0-2 years of experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
