A Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Follow call scripts, quality standards, and company guidelines
Escalate complex issues to senior support or supervisors when required
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
