You'll be the first point of contact for all incoming calls-handling inquiries with empathy, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with departments. This role requires excellent communication, emotional sensitivity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Prior experience in healthcare or mental health is a plus. Requirements:
Good communication in English, Kannada and Hindi (any other language is a plus)
Basic computer skills
