Neelkanth Infertility & IVF Centre is a reputed fertility care center known for ethical practices, patient sensitivity, and clinical excellence. We are looking for an experienced IVF telecaller who understands fertility-related patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound & outbound calls related to IVF and infertility services
? Explain IVF procedures, appointments, and doctor consultations
? Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing patients
? Coordinate appointments with counselors and doctors
? Maintain accurate calling records and patient data
? Communicate with empathy and maintain confidentiality
Eligibility & Skills
? Minimum 2 years experience in IVF hospital calling
? Familiarity with IVF terminology and patient queries
? Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
? Empathetic, calm, and patient-focused approach
? Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
