IBIS Academy is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented
Call Centre Associate
to manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective students, and support the admissions process. The role demands strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a result-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound enquiries professionally
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admissions process
Convert leads into campus visits, counselling sessions, and confirmed admissions
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system regularly
Follow up on pending leads as per call schedule and priority
Achieve daily call targets, connection ratios, and admission goals
Coordinate with Academic Coordinators and Admin team for smooth admission closure
Ensure high standards of call quality, etiquette, and compliance
Submit daily and weekly call and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Excellent communication skills in
English & Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Ability to handle pressure and work with targets
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Customer-focused attitude with professional phone etiquette
Experience
Freshers can apply
0-2 years of experience in call centre / tele-calling / admissions / sales preferred
