Call Center Assistant

If you're a confident communicator, quick on the phones, and can keep calm under pressure, this role is for you. You'll act as the first point of contact for patients, helping them with appointments, queries, and follow-ups -- all while working according to

UK time zone hours

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK dental clinics Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments Provide accurate information about treatments, timings, and clinic locations Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions Follow scripts and procedures while remaining personable and empathetic Coordinate with UK-based staff to relay messages or updates Ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction at all times Assist with administrative follow-ups such as email or WhatsApp messaging

Requirements



1-2 years of call center or customer service experience

(preferably with UK or international clients) Excellent spoken and written English Clear, professional phone etiquette Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and follow

UK time zone hours

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with basic computer tasks, call logs, and data entry Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Nice to Have



Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare-related customer support Familiarity with UK accents and patient expectations Prior use of CRM or call management systems

Working Hours:

UK business hours (approx. 9 AM - 6 PM GMT / 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST)

Working Days:

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Salary:

?40,000 - ?50,000 per month depending on experience
