Job Description

Experience - 1-2 years.Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Maintain daily, weekly & monthly call center report.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Prepare MIS reports periodicallySkills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent at MS Excel, Data Management, Proficient in dashboard/MIS generation,
Freshers with relevant exposure can be considered.Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: ?9,153.00 - ?15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
