Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, lead management, campaign feedback, and service-related support
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from dealers, influencers, and consumers
Make outbound follow-up calls for pending leads, verifications, or campaign feedback
Accurately log each interaction in CRM or lead management system
Assign or escalate leads to appropriate sales or service teams
Provide information on product benefits, schemes, or current campaigns
Ensure timely follow-up on leads until closure or handover
Maintain call quality standards and meet daily call/lead targets
Prepare and share daily reports or call summaries as per SOP
Respond to WhatsApp, chat, or email inquiries if required
Collect feedback and complaints and escalate unresolved issues
Skill Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ZOHO CRM navigation)
Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines
Prior experience in customer support or telesales preferred
Location:
Office premises or remote (as per project requirement)
