Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Record customer information and interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department if required.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets as set by the management.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills in
English
(mandatory).
Ability to converse in
Hindi
(preferred/mandatory, based on requirement).
Any
graduate degree
from a recognized university.
Prior experience in a call center / BPO environment will be an added advantage.
Strong listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
