Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in
Telugu
with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using
MS Excel
and
CRM tools
.
Assist customers with queries, provide relevant information, and ensure high satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Prepare and share daily call summaries and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent
Telugu communication skills
(reading, writing, and speaking).
Basic proficiency in
English or Hindi
for internal communication.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
.
Good listening skills, patience, and empathy towards customers.
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
preferred.
Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role will be an added advantage.
