Job Description

Unit Infotech is looking for a dedicated

Call Centre Agent

with excellent command over the

Telugu language

-- including

reading, writing, and listening

. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of

Microsoft Office

and

Excel

to manage daily call records and reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls in

Telugu

with clarity and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using

MS Excel

and

CRM tools

. Assist customers with queries, provide relevant information, and ensure high satisfaction. Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. Prepare and share daily call summaries and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent

Telugu communication skills

(reading, writing, and speaking). Basic proficiency in

English or Hindi

for internal communication. Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

. Good listening skills, patience, and empathy towards customers. Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

preferred. Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
