This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries through phone, email, and chats, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting customer issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing daily reports on customer inquiries and concerns.
