We are an international company expanding our sales operations and looking for motivated, disciplined, and reliable German-speaking Telephone Sales Representatives based in India. Your role will focus on outbound calls to German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in Germany. Present and explain our products/services clearly and professionally. Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and quality standards.
Requirements

Fluent German (spoken) - this is mandatory. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence and professionalism on the phone. Basic understanding of sales techniques (training provided). Ability to work independently from home. Reliable, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
