Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
Follow communication scripts and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, conversions, etc.)
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
