We are looking for a motivated and energetic telecaller to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and maintain excellent communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Respond to customer queries professionally.
Maintain data records and daily reports.
No targets
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification Graduation.
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).
