Roles and Responsibilities About NHA: National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India\xe2\x80\x99s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called \xe2\x80\x9cAyushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana\xe2\x80\x9d & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of \xe2\x80\x9cNational Digital Health Mission\xe2\x80\x9d to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare. AboutAyushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri-Jan Arogya Yojana(AB PM-JAY): The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri-Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) aims to to achieve the vision of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). This initiative has been designed to meet Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its underlining commitment, which is to "leave no one behind." PM-JAY was announced by the Hon\xe2\x80\x99ble Prime Minister on 23rd September, 2018. It is currently being implemented in 36 States/UT\xe2\x80\x99s. 1. Complete responsibility of Integration between states and NHA Call Centre. SPOC for all State/ UTs call centre support. 2. Pan India Telecom circle integration for all TFNs process wise. 3. Responsible for capturing query data received to incoming calls both at NHA and State Call centre. 4. Possess in-depth knowledge of Voice contact centre, PB, Cloud contact centre, Telephony system, etc. 5. Preparing & compiling & presenting various weekly /monthly MIS reports pertaining to process, and productivity. 6. Develop Dashboards to give an operational overview. 7. Billing Cycle Management for divisional files on E office. 8. Program managing the Bid Management on GeM & CPPP for Call Centre. 9. Interpersonal skills and expenence in presenting Problem solving and project management experience. 10.Contact Centre Liaison Officer for all Inter State Coordination dealing with State Health Authorities, MoHFW and NHA. 11. Other related duties as assigned by competent Authority at NHA.
