Job Description

Qualification :Graduate Able to fluently speak, read and write in Hindi and English. Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-makings skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) Responsible for follow up all pending grievances through executives. Responsible to prepare various MIS report as and when required. Minimum 04 years' experience in call center/BPO operations Address: -Delhi Development Authority, B -17 GF, Vikas Sadan, INA, Delhi-110023 Salary : 15k to 20k per month.
