Responsibilities:-

Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching call center representatives, monitoring calls, providing feedback, resolving escalated customer issues, and creating reports on key metrics.

Essential skills for the role are strong leadership, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
