Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital is a 100 bedded super specialty tertiary care hospital, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Enriched with a team of exceptionally experienced medical practitioners and supported by state of art infrastructure, we are a group of highly dedicated individuals serving the society.

We are seeking Call Center representatives for our Hospital, who will manage the patient-hospital relationship and ensure a fantastic customer service over phone.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback using Hospital's Tele Calling CRM. Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule doctor appointments and diagnostic bookings Explain hospital services, health packages, and offers Maintain accurate call records and patient details Ensure professional and courteous communication with patients

Requirements

Prior Call Centre experience is preferred Good communication skills in local language & basic English Basic computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
