Troubleshooting customer problems, addressing complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Processing Orders:

Assisting customers with placing orders, managing returns, and handling related transactions.

Maintaining Records:

Documenting customer interactions, updating information in CRM systems, and ensuring accurate records.

Meeting Performance Targets:

Achieving goals related to call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Following Company Procedures:

Adhering to established guidelines for call handling, data security, and customer service protocols.

Identifying Opportunities:

Recognizing potential sales leads, upsell opportunities, and areas for service improvement.

Age limit:20 to 30.
