We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

- Follow up on leads and appointments

- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)

- Immediate joinability preferred

- Prior experience in a call center environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
