What You'll Do:

Answer inbound and/or make outbound calls to assist customers Build rapport, actively listen, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally Provide product information, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and close sales when appropriate Document customer interactions accurately in our system Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
