We are seeking a motivated and organized Female Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the dry cleaning industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams. Timing: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Tursday- Weekly off.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance regarding dry cleaning services.
Assign tasks to runners based on customer requests and operational needs.
Communicate with store managers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
Coordinate with the Plant team to manage workflow and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up on customer feedback and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the dry cleaning or related industry.
Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and terminology.
Experience in a team leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
