Job Description


Resposibilities:

1. Attending calls related to card (e.g. Recharge, etc.), bus route information, application issues, bus

and station staff related issues, theft issues, bus and station equipment issues, misbehaviour issues.

2. Verification and Validation of the complaints received by passengers via call, CCTV cameras, Field

SPOC, Client

3. Activities related to IMS controller.

4. Handling WhatsApp account and solving complaints and issues raised by the commuters.

5. Experience in Smart City Projects or transit related IT shall be preferred.

Prerequisites:

  • Qualification - BCA/BE/BTech in computer/IT/ECE
  • Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ Years of experience
Shift timings:
  • Morning shift: 5:45 AM to 2:45 PM.
Specialization Description

Designs and implements a robust and compliant framework of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) policies, directives, procedures and processes for the global supply chain security program, including serialization, track-and-trace, and product authentication. Installs, configures and upgrades systems. Keeps abreast of changing regulatory requirements and trends and implements systems to address potential compliance impact. Identifies and recommends appropriate actions, activities and projects for continuous improvement. Coordinates with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements.
