Resposibilities:
1. Attending calls related to card (e.g. Recharge, etc.), bus route information, application issues, bus
and station staff related issues, theft issues, bus and station equipment issues, misbehaviour issues.
2. Verification and Validation of the complaints received by passengers via call, CCTV cameras, Field
SPOC, Client
3. Activities related to IMS controller.
4. Handling WhatsApp account and solving complaints and issues raised by the commuters.
5. Experience in Smart City Projects or transit related IT shall be preferred.
