A Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively while achieving business targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate call center staff including Team Leaders and Agents
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
Ensure adequate staffing, shift planning, and attendance adherence
Monitor call center performance metrics
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly
Track performance using CRM and reporting tools
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity and target achievements
Identify gaps through data analysis and introduce improvement strategies
Achieve call center KPIs and business goals
Plan and execute sales/service campaigns
Drive initiatives for higher lead conversion and operational excellence
