We are looking for a confident and energetic Call Center Executive who will be responsible for contacting prospects, giving product demos, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and present the product effectively.
? Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or self-generated data
Explain and demonstrate the company's product or services to prospects (via call or Zoom/Google Meet)
Understand customer requirements and present the product accordingly
Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
Book appointments and demos for the sales or closing team
Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, demo, and booking targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if required)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality
Experience in telecalling, call center, inside sales, or lead generation preferred
Ability to explain software, products, or services clearly
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and giving demos
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Basic computer skills (email, CRM, Zoom/Meet, etc.)
Qualification
Minimum: Graduate or equivalent
Experience: 0-3 years in call center, telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
