Position Overview:

We are looking for a

female Call Centre Executive

with

experience in international calling

and

excellent English communication skills

. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of handling outbound and inbound international calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from international clients. Provide accurate information regarding company products and services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Resolve client queries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent

spoken and written English communication

skills. Prior experience in

international voice process / BPO / call center

is mandatory. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling). Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international calling (voice process). Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Only

Salary will be based on the candidate's

experience and last drawn salary
