To handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, assist patients with appointment booking, service information, and resolve queries, ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound/outbound calls and respond to patient queries.
Assist in scheduling appointments and providing hospital service information.
Handle patient complaints/escalations politely and efficiently.
Maintain records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Patient-centric and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate.
1-3 years of experience in call center/customer care (healthcare preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
