About the Role:
We are building a voice-first cab rental platform where customers book rides by calling us directly. As a Customer Support & Booking Agent, you'll be the first point of contact--handling incoming calls, confirming bookings, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth ride experiences.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent, empathetic, and organized, and enjoys helping people over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and assist with cab bookings
Understand customer needs (pickup, drop, timing, cab type) and suggest the best options
Coordinate with local drivers via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability
Share booking details with customers via SMS or WhatsApp
Handle basic queries, complaints, or rescheduling requests
Maintain booking logs and update ride status in internal systems
Requirements:
Fluent in English (additional regional language skills are a bonus)
Prior experience in call centers, customer support, or cab/taxi services is preferred
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic mobile apps
Own a smartphone and stable internet connection
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, voice-heavy environment
