Key Responsibilities
Prompt response to client inquiries through chat/calls
Receive/Make calls to the clients for appointments
Follow all the process orders and applications
Update the records of customer interaction
Requirements
Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu
Basic Computer proficiency
At least 12 months experience in Healthcare
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
