Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

Answer calls, emails, chats; provide info on services, procedures, policies; manage complaints; perform first-call resolution.

Scheduling:

Book, reschedule, cancel appointments; manage provider calendars for optimal patient flow.

Administrative Tasks:

Update patient records, verify insurance, process payments, manage referrals, and use EHR/CRM systems.

Coordination:

Escalate complex issues; liaise with clinical, billing, and other hospital teams.

Compliance & Documentation:

Adhere to HIPAA, maintain confidentiality, and accurately log all interactions.

Outbound Calls:

Make appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service calls.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
