Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel diagnostic appointments
Provide accurate information on services, locations, and test preparation
Update patient records in CRM/EHR systems while maintaining confidentiality
Support basic billing and insurance queries; route complex cases to relevant teams
Resolve patient issues or escalate to medical/operations staff as needed
Conduct follow-up calls regarding test results or pending inquiries
Meet quality standards and performance targets (KPIs)
