We are looking for a

Call Center Executive

with excellent communication skills in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

to handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. The candidate should be able to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Provide information about services and offers. Maintain call logs and update CRM records. Achieve daily call and service targets. Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.

Requirements:

Must speak

Telugu, Hindi, and English

fluently. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge. Customer-focused and polite attitude.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Intermediate
