Call Center Executive

Job Description

The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to cable TV services, resolving customer queries, registering complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls related to cable TV connections, channel packages, billing, payments, and service issues Register service requests, complaints, and follow up until closure Provide accurate information about plans, add-on channels, offers, and company policies Coordinate with technical and field teams for service-related resolutions Update customer details, complaints, and call logs Ensure adherence to call quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs) Educate customers on usage, troubleshooting basic issues, and payment methods Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department as per process Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions

Required Skills & Competencies



Good verbal communication skills in

Tamil

(mandatory) and

English

(preferred) Strong listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge Customer-centric attitude Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Qualification & Experience



Minimum qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

0-2 years

in call center/customer support (Cable TV/ISP experience preferred) Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (Any degree) Preferred candidates in and around Mylapore

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Call handling time and first-call resolution Customer satisfaction score (CSAT) Complaint resolution turnaround time Attendance and adherence to shift schedules

Working Conditions



Office-based role Rotational shifts 6 days working / weekly off as per roster
