Listen to patient concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain records:
Accurately enter and update patient demographic and appointment information in the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Ensure satisfaction:
Focus on providing a positive customer experience, resolving complaints, and maintaining patient satisfaction.
Follow guidelines:
Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, communication guidelines, and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality and safety.
