SRM Prime Hospital

Handle calls:

Answer and make both inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, handle inquiries, and follow up on requests.

Provide information:

Give accurate information about the hospital's services, doctors, and procedures.

Schedule appointments:

Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring all details like date, time, and location are communicated clearly.

Resolve issues:

Listen to patient concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Maintain records:

Accurately enter and update patient demographic and appointment information in the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Ensure satisfaction:

Focus on providing a positive customer experience, resolving complaints, and maintaining patient satisfaction.

Follow guidelines:

Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, communication guidelines, and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality and safety.
Qualification : Any Degree

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs Experience ( Hospital Background)
