We are hiring Call Center Executives for our Call Taxi service. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

~Handle inbound and outbound calls for taxi bookings.

~Assist customers with fare estimates, ride details, and queries.

~Coordinate with drivers and assign bookings efficiently.

~Resolve customer complaints and ensure a smooth service experience.

~Maintain accurate booking records and update the system.

Requirements:

~Experience in a call center/customer service role is an advantage.

~Strong communication skills in [Languages Required].

~Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.

~Basic computer skills and familiarity with GPS tracking is a plus.

~Willing to work in rotational shifts.
