Job Description

Answering Incoming Calls:

Promptly and professionally answering patient calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information.

Scheduling Appointments:

Managing appointment schedules, coordinating with healthcare providers, and verifying patient information.

Verifying Patient Information:

Gathering and verifying patient demographic, insurance, and medical information accurately.

Resolving Patient Issues:

Addressing complaints, concerns, and issues with a focus on patient satisfaction and positive communication.

Providing Basic Medical Information:

Offering basic medical information, directions, and guidance to patients as appropriate.

Documenting Interactions:

Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details.

Following Protocols:

Adhering to established call center procedures, including HIPAA compliance.

Collaborating with Teams:

Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to address patient issues and improve service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
