Role & Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote our products/services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing clear and accurate information about products/services.

Customer Support:

Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
