Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to patient and attendant inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel outpatient appointments as per hospital protocols
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, timings, locations, and procedures
Coordinate with departments such as OPD, IPD, diagnostics, billing, and emergency for patient assistance
Handle patient complaints, feedback, and service requests; escalate issues when required
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, test reports, and feedback collection
Support emergency calls by routing them immediately to the concerned department
Meet call quality standards, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction targets
