Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assessing students

: Evaluating students' interests, skills, and abilities to help them make informed decisions.

Providing counselling

: Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic and career options.

Helping with applications

: Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests.

Educating

: Providing information on educational opportunities and keeping up with educational trends.

Communicating

: Communicating well with students to understand their needs, goals, and emotions.

Requirements and Qualifications:


A Call Center Executive should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students reach their goals. They should also be able to show empathy, make informed decisions, and motivate students.

Call Center Executive HIRING Requirements:

Qualification

: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

:

1. Customer service/tele sales/call center experience for at least 2 Years.

2. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

3. Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

5. Goal-oriented and eager to achieve admission targets.

4. Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language and Local Language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
