Call Center Executive - Ayurveda Wellness Resort

Location: Kerala Perumbavoor

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Call Center Executive to join our team. You will be the vital link between our resort and potential guests, responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing expert information and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding our Ayurveda packages, treatments, and resort facilities.

Understand guest needs and provide detailed, accurate information about our Ayurvedic programs, diet, and therapies.

Explain the benefits and specifics of different Ayurvedic treatments with confidence and knowledge.

Manage reservations, process bookings, and coordinate with the front office and wellness departments.

Follow up with potential leads to convert them into bookings.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term guest relationships.

Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

Maintain and update the customer database accurately.

Who You Are:

You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, or Ayurveda sector.

You possess functional knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, treatments, and terminology.

You are an excellent communicator with a clear, confident, and pleasant phone voice.

You are a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for health and wellness.

You are a quick learner, a great listener, and skilled at multitasking.

You are proficient in English and Local Language ; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
