Looking forward for Call Center Executive
- Minimum required experience is for 1-2 years
(Preferably in Hospital Industry)
Responsibilities and Duties
To compile information from digital marketing, camps, and other sources.
Adding information to CRM.
To form a team under her for the call center.
To aggressively and consistently follow up on all of the information gathered.
To have regular conversations with patients in an effort to draw more people in.
To collaborate closely and serve as a liaison between the business development team and consultants.
To create appropriate SOP for aggressive and frequent follow-ups.
To ensure conversions from all the information gathered.
To deliver PowerPoints presentations regarding IP conversions from OP, camps, and other marketing initiatives.
To schedule appointments for all the consultants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
