We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our Fasttrack Call Taxi team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, booking taxi rides, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and handle customer queries regarding taxi bookings, fares, routes, and services.
Book rides accurately in the system and share trip details with customers.
Coordinate with drivers to assign trips and manage availability during peak hours.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in customer service / call center
verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Shift & Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night), including weekends and public holidays.
