Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain customer details and call records accurately Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships Follow company sales scripts and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role (Freshers can also apply) Excellent communication and convincing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn
