We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Executive to join our team at a leading Cancer Day Care Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, with experience in handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and providing empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Handle CRM for Management of Appointments
Assist patients and their families with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and medical inquiries.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, treatments, and procedures in multiple languages (Hindi, English, Gujarati).
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions.
Coordinate with admin staff to ensure smooth communication.
Follow hospital protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Contribute to a positive patient experience and promote hospital services.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate attitude towards patients.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
