Call Center Executive

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services, appointments, and patient queries. Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, OPD/IPD services, and hospital facilities. Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. Record and update patient details in the hospital system. Coordinate with various departments for quick resolution of patient concerns. Maintain call logs, reports, and service quality standards. Ensure a polite, empathetic, and professional approach while interacting with patients.

Requirements:



Graduate / HSC passed with relevant experience. Minimum

1 year of experience in the hospital/healthcare industry preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital software preferred). Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
