Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/clients/public as per campaign or project requirement.
Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to services, schedules, or support.
Provide accurate and timely information over the phone in a polite and respectful manner.
Record call details, feedback, and responses accurately in the system.
Follow scripts and calling protocols for consistency and clarity.
Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or appropriate department.
Meet daily/weekly calling and reporting targets.
Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and professional conduct at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO preferred.
Proficiency in
Good verbal communication and listening skills.
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
Patience to handle diverse callers, including elderly or irate individuals.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Team player with a positive attitude.
