SkyDays Travel is looking for an energetic and experienced
Call Center Executive
to join our team in Cochin or Calicut. In this role, you will be the voice of our travel brand, helping clients explore the world by providing excellent service and managing travel-related inquiries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist clients with travel bookings and inquiries.
Sales & Conversion:
Use your experience to convert leads into bookings and meet team sales targets.
Travel Consultation:
Provide detailed information about travel packages and services offered by SkyDays.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending queries.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or telesales environment.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills (fluency in local languages and English is a plus).
Sales Drive:
A persuasive personality with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Availability:
Must be able to work from our offices in Cochin or Calicut.
