Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or inquiries.
Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow communication "scripts" and standard procedures when handling calls.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.
Ideal Candidate
Must have good communication Skill.
Must have a good knowledge in MS office tools especially in MS Excel.
Basic knowledge about customer care activities.
Qualification: Any graduate/MBA
Experience: 0-2 Year
