Job Description

The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, service appointments, and feedback. Provide information about products, services, and offers in a professional manner. Record and update customer details, complaints, and service requests in the system. Coordinate with concerned departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.) to resolve customer issues. Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure. Maintain call logs and prepare daily / weekly call reports. Meet daily and monthly targets related to call volume and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
