Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from customers and provide prompt assistance. Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and feedback collection. Schedule and coordinate client appointments with relevant departments or branches. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client details Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary. Promote company services and offers during customer interactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication standards. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and conversion. Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and performance metrics.
Experience - 1-2 years in Call centers /Relevant field
